Steps for Autism Challenge

For the past few years BioAutism has held an annual walk around Princes Park in North Carlton in support of autism research. This year you are invited to not only participate in the walk but also take a steps challenge in the fortnight before the walk to raise funds for this important research.

For example you could take the challenge to complete 10,000 steps per day over two weeks. The last day of the challenge is the Walk for Autism event at Princes Park where you could do a lap of the park (approx 3,000 steps) to complete the challenge.
